Report a listing

Who can report

Listings are submitted by the public and are not reviewed before they go live. If a store you own, or a brand you represent, has been listed without permission — or a listing impersonates you, infringes your trademark, or points to illegal or harmful content — you can ask us to remove it.

What to send

• The exact listing URL as shown on the leaderboard.
• What is wrong: unauthorised listing, impersonation, trademark, illegal content, other.
• Proof that you own the store or represent the brand (domain email, WHOIS, registration).
• Your name and a contact email we can reply to.

Email enes@sellnes.com with the subject line “Takedown request”.

What happens next

We acknowledge reports within 48 hours and, where the report is clearly valid, remove or suspend the listing while we look into it. Listings removed because they were submitted without authorisation are not refunded to the person who paid for them. Every removal is recorded in our internal audit log.
