You are buying a one-time paid digital placement of a link on a public leaderboard. Your payment is for digital placement on the public leaderboard. It does not guarantee clicks, traffic, sales, rankings on search engines, or any business outcome.
Listings are ordered by the total amount successfully paid for that listing. Ties are broken by whoever paid first. Placement is not permanent: another customer may pay more at any time and move above you.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. All amounts are in US dollars and the amount charged is the amount shown at checkout. Your listing only appears after the payment is confirmed by Stripe.
You confirm that you own or are authorised to promote the URL you submit and that it complies with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for the content of the destination site.
We may suspend or remove any listing that breaches these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or Stripe's rules, and we may refuse future purchases. Where a removal is our decision and not caused by your breach, we will refund the affected payment.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect losses.
We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated version is published on this page.
